Jubilee House
Our Penrith venue is a private facility operated by The Fire Fighters Charity. It is 12 metres in length by 8 metres wide. Depth at the shallow end is 1 metre, and at the deep end, 1.5 metres. The address is:

Located less than a 10-minute drive south of Penrith, the pool is easily accessible from the A66 and is close to the M6 for those travelling from the north or south. Distance from Keswick is approximately 25 minutes and only 30 minutes south of Carlisle by car.
Getting to the Venue
For anyone unfamiliar with the local area, the following instructions and photos may be of help when getting to the venue:
From the A66/M6 roundabout, continue east on the A66 to the next roundabout (Kemplay Bank Roundabout) and take the southbound A6 exit to Eamont Bridge.
Cross the steep bridge (traffic-light controlled) and continue approximately 300 metres through the village until you see The Beehive Inn on your left, opposite The Crown Hotel.
Entrance to Eamont Park is via a narrow turning on the left (signposted Lowther Glen) immediately after The Beehive Inn and before the mini roundabout, as shown in the photo below:
Take the left turn and follow the narrow road, keeping left until you enter Eamont Park. You will see Jubilee House ahead; the pool building is easily identifiable from its large, sloping roof:
There is ample parking on the right of the pool building:
To enter the facility, walk past the pool building and you will see the main entrance:
Enter via the automatic doors (shown below) and the second doorway, where you will find the reception desk. Turn left and follow the corridor back towards the pool building.
Traffic and Further Assistance
Please be aware that the A66/M6 roundabout can become congested during busy periods and allow extra time for your journey. Don’t hesitate to contact us if you require further assistance getting to the pool venue.
